Christopher (Chris) Donato

Born in Albany in the early 80s, Chris is a 3^rd generation Capital Region native.  Chris moved downstate to Rockland County for Highschool and College, making monthly trips back to Albany to visit family, before moving back to the area in 2004.  Since then, Chris has remained rooted in the Capital Region, where he now raises his own 2 children, Lucas (7) and Carrie (4) with his wife Erica (also a 3^rd generation Capital Region native).

Chris has worked many jobs in the service industry, most notably in the restaurant business, spending 15 years learning in various positions including, bussing, cooking, waiting tables, bartending, and management.  These positions gave Chris a deep understanding of the importance of providing valuable customer service.

In 2018, Chris decided to take his passion for serving others into the real estate industry, learning everything he could to master his craft. He quickly moved up the agent ranks at his previous brokerage, becoming the 2019 Rising Star in the company. In 2020, 2021, and 2022, Chris was awarded the Service Excellence Award, voted by his peers, for going above and beyond the call of duty for his clients and colleagues alike. And in 2023 was part of the Honor Society (top 14% of Nationwide agents).

Now in 2024, Chris is excited to join the team at Gabler Realty.  Armed with modern marketing techniques, constant support, and superior communication, Chris will continue to provide his clients with the highest level of service.
