Jennifer has a BFA in Graphic Design from The College of Saint Rose and extensive experience in marketing and the hospitality industry making her the perfect fit as our Marketing Director. Here at Gabler Realty, our listings are known for their superb details, high-resolution photography, and customized marketing, and Jen is the driving force behind this fast-paced, quality-driven process! Krystal Hannigan

Transaction Coordinator

Krystal has a background in hospitality and event coordination, bringing a detail-oriented, patient, and compassionate approach to my role as a transaction coordinator. After graduating from The Culinary Institute of America and running events at a wedding venue in Poughkeepsie, Krystal relocated to the Capital Region and gained firsthand experience navigating the home-buying process. Krystal’s focus has always been on creating seamless and memorable experiences for our clients.

Kristie Royka

Executive Assistant to the Broker/Owner

Kristie has a degree in Communications from St. John Fisher College and has her real estate licenses in NY, VA, DC, MD. Her passion for all things related to social media and marketing helped her find her way into residential real estate. Since 2017, Kristie has been working with sellers and buyers as a transaction and marketing coordinator which makes her the perfect fit as our Executive Assistant!
